Pricing & VAT
Prices at contract are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as stated in the quotation, in compliance with ZATCA regulations.
Execution & delivery
Delivery dates are set in the quote after approval. Supplier delays are reported as soon as they occur.
Cancellation & returns
Custom printed products are non-returnable once production has started. Pre-production cancellation may incur admin fees.
Complaints
Complaints are received via WhatsApp or the contact form and answered within 5 business days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
